Custom 3D Printed Toys — OEM and Small-Batch Production

Custom 3D printed toys let a brand or publisher produce its own toy line in small batches, because there is no mould to cut and the same file scales from a sample to a production run.

We cover design support, sampling, printing, finishing, quality checks and packaging. If a licensed character or original IP is already owned, the toy can be produced under that brand with matching packaging.

This is an alternative to vinyl or injection-moulded production when volumes are too low to amortise a mould, or when the design is still changing between releases.

How to order custom 3D printing

Custom 3D Printed Toys — OEM and Small-Batch Production FAQ

Can you produce custom toys under my own brand or as OEM?

Yes. We handle 3D design, sampling, small-batch and bulk production from our own factory, with your packaging and your branding.

What is the OEM process?

Design or upload files, receive a quote, approve a printed sample, then move to production, quality check and shipping. Each stage is tracked in the My Designs dashboard.

Do I need a mould or tooling?

No. 3D printing needs no mould, which is what makes low-volume toy production viable. A new design can be produced without a tooling investment.

Can you help refine the design for printing?

Yes. Our team reviews the model for wall thickness, overhangs and assembly before printing, and suggests changes that make the part reliable to produce.

What information do I get for customs?

We provide material details, weights, dimensions and HS codes so import paperwork for your market can be completed.

How do you protect my design?

Files are confidential and are used only to quote and produce the order. They are not shared, published or resold.
